Eligibility for Returns

• You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging.
• Tags must still be attached.
• Custom or made-to-measure items are non-refundable.

• Worn or damaged items not caused by us

Return Process

• Please email us at asoebingofficial@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
• Once approved, we will provide the return address.
• Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item arrives faulty.

Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days after we receive and inspect your returned item.

Faulty Items
If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, please get in touch with us within 48 hours with photos. We will resolve it quickly.
